A small domestic extension on a terraced house in Kendal. The Victorian property had a very dark kitchen, a small external storage outhouse extension & a very small yard sitting area which was remote from the main house. The brief was to bring more light into the kitchen, provide a light & airy sitting area with access direct to the external yard sitting area. Store was demolished, kitchen redesigned, end wall of kitchen removed, sitting room extension constructed. The client was delighted with the results.
