APPROVED FOR CONSTRUCTION 2016

​An extension to an end of terrace 1950s property, to provide a redesigned kitchen area with a new open plan dining space. The site area available was limited in width & the extension has been designed to make full use of the space available, whilst not dominating the remaining garden area & adjacent properties. Maintaining good natural light levels into the property as well as the extension was one of the key priorities of the design & was restricted by the nature of the site & adjacent boundaries.

The project has been granted planning & building regulations approval and construction work will commence in 2016.
