(2002 to 2006) – A residential outdoor centre owned & run by Milton Keynes Council – SRM have been involved throughout all various stages of the development of the centre, providing a full Architectural Design service through tender to site supervision & agreement of final accounts for NOF Grants (total project value approx £350,000). Three main projects have been undertaken since 2002, firstly a classroom & accessible entrance hall extension in 2002, then in 2003/4 a new accommodation block with disabled facilities & in 2006 refurbishment of the existing games room & staff accommodation.
More recently SRM have produced designs & costs for future potential extensions & alterations for a replacement kit store, a new toilet/shower area which can be seen here.
SEDBERGH, CUMBRIA - 2002-2006
